We have installed the latest renewable energy technologies into all of our luxury developments. Our international projects include solar power to provide all electricity, geothermal cooling, rainwater harvesting, and anaerobic bacteria to break down waste. These technologies not only ensure carbon-neutral projects, but they also reduce the operational costs for our owners moving forward. 

Our long-term programs also have in-house conservationists who continue to maintain the areas in their natural state.
